Non-sticky, heat resistant sealing for high temperature application

Grenaseal is a non-woven glass mat coated on both sides with a thin vermiculite layer. The combination of glass fiber and vermiculite has resulted in a unique material that not only ensures the required tightness, but also maintains its properties even at high temperatures. The surface of the sealing remains non-sticky, making future disassembly of joints and possible service or inspection much easier.

This non-combustible material will find application primarily as a separation sealing in various applications, e.g. for connecting a flue, but also as thermal insulation. Its properties will ensure both the required tightness and easy disassembly during service / inspection.

Grenaseal will be used by anyone who cares about convenient servicing of a given technology, e.g. boilers. The non-sticky surface treatment made of vermiculite will not allow the material to "bake" to the flange or other contact point.

Formats produced

Grenaseal is produced in sheet format up to 600 x 1000 mm. Its easy further processing allows for virtually any shape cut for various specific fireproof sealing solutions.
