Grenamat HTI insulating boards reduce production costs by saving energy. 

The boards withstand a standard operating temperature of up to 1150 ° C and they are able to withstand one-time temperature up to 1250 ° C.

Properties of Grenamat HTI

Grenamat HTI boards are heat resistant and resistant to thermal shocks. They are made of inorganic materials only and have excellent insulating properties. They are characterized by resistance to acids and alkaline compounds and by low thermal and electrical conductivity.


Grenamat HTI does not contain lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (Cr6 +), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) or diphenyl ethers (PBDE), asbestos, mineral or glass fibers.


Insulating boards can be manufactured with a density of 400 to 1050 kg / m3, which makes it possible to flexibly combine a high degree of insulation together with high strength.

Possible application

Grenamat HTI is an ideal solution for high temperature industrial applications eg in glass-making, metallurgy, foundries, incinerators, etc. They are particularly suitable for insulation of various types of furnaces. The use of boards for internal insulation is possible in places with adequate pressure without direct action of abrasive particles.


In some cases, you can use it in places with direct exposure of high temperature sources.

Grenamat HTI is easily machined with conventional woodworking tools. It is easily cut into the desired shape and bonded with Klebepaste glue. When working with them, there is minimal dust.
