Perlinka

Our gray fabric mesh will ensure that the surface or joints will not crack. It resists acidic and alkaline environments and repetitive temperature fluctuations up to 550 ° C.

Combined with White 600 mortar, it forms an ideal base layer for other surface finishes and insulations where Grenaisol and Grenatherm boards are used.

Perlinka is supplied in rolls of size 50 x 1m.

Hafťák

Hafťák refractory mortar resists temperatures up to 1100 ° C. You will use it wherever it is in direct contact with fire.

It is suitable for fixing stove tiles, and fireclay plates, for filling of the fireclay linings or repairing their surface.

The setting time of this mortar is 20 to 30 minutes (can be extended), grain size 0 - 0.5 mm.

White 600

WHITE 600 is an economical replacement of refractory mortars for areas that do not come into contact with fire or flue gas. It is the best money-saving and reliable solution for areas up to 600℃.

This mortar is flexible, resists to thermal shocks and stick well to most of stove material.

This white adhesive mortar is designed mainly as a support layer for the heat resistant fabric mesh PERLINKA. It can also be used for bonding tiles onto fireplaces and stoves encosures.

Setting time is 120 minutes, grain size 0 - 0.6 mm.

Model

White soft stove plaster Model is particularly suitable for flattening surfaces, modelling cornices and creating variously surfaces style to fireplaces and stoves.

It resists temperature changes and has no influence on heat circulation.

This modeling plaster can be applied in layers up to 50 mm thick.

Setting time is 30-40 min, grain size 0 - 0,7 mm, application temperature up to 190 ℃.

We recommend to use WHITE 600 mortar together with the heat resistant fabric mesh Perlinka as a base layer.

Finish

Finish white smooth stove plaster is ideal for smooth final layer of plastered parts of fireplaces and stoves.

It has no influence on heat circulation and can withstand temperatures up to 190 ℃.

Setting time is 60 to 120 minutes, grain size 0 - 0.5 mm

We recommend to use FINISH plaster together with WHITE 600 mortar and with the special heat resistant fabric mesh Perlinka as a base layer.

ST-H

The white plaster mixture ST-H is useful for surface finishing and rougher texture. It can also be used outdoors, for example for plastered parts of outdoor fireplaces, grills and smokehouses

It has no influence on heat circulation and can withstands temperature up to 200 ℃.

Setting time is 60 to 90 minutes, grain size 0 - 1.5 mm.

We recommend to use ST-H plaster together with WHITE 600 mortar and with the special heat resistant fabric mesh Perlinka as a base layer.
